Villians take 9-1 victory over Stampede

STEVENSVILLE – Rob Grashorn scored four goals to lead St. Stephens Villains to a 9-1 victory over the Red Arrow Stampede at Rockey Weed Field in Blossomland Soccer League action.
The Villains (1-4-1) also got a pair of goals from Vilath Viengmyxay, while Jason Arend and Shane Bookwalter also scored.
The Stampede (0-7) got their lone goal from Mike Becktell.
Dura Mold…3
Niles R.A.P…1
Also at Rockey Weed Field, Dura Mold FC defeated Niles R.A.P., 3-1.
Mike McCoy, Hans Koppenhoeffer and Alex Van Koenig scored goals for Dura Mold, which improved to 4-2 on the season.
Niles (1-41) picked up its lone goal from Levi Riggenbach.

Internationals…1
Drew Corzett picked up a hat trick for the Tornados, who defeated the Berrien Springs Internationals, 12-1, at Brandywine High School.
The Tornados also got two goals from Mike Williams, while Adam Waters, Duane Ungethum, Kyle Lowe, Ryan Smithberger, Fred Cook, Evan Winkler and Jay Suckle also scored.
The Internationals (1-6) got their lone goal from Jason Forbes.

Dowagiac Dawgs…3
The Diamonds remained undefeated with a 8-3 win over the Dowagiac Dawgs at Dowagiac Union High School.
Mormanh Ramirez and Carlos Morales each had two goals for the United. Jonatan Martinez, Doug Pittman, Emmanuel Santana and Philip Turner all had goals for the United (6-0).
The Dawgs (1-5-1) picked up goals from Nate Long Efrain Soto and Jason Hurrle.

Kevin Mauer had a hat trick as the Kickers improved to 4-1-1 on the season.
Also scoring for the Kickers were Kyle Hammmermeister, Nick Sherrill and Shane Rasch.
The United (3-2-1) got goals from Richard Love and Sergio Duarte.
