Softball action heats up at N.B.G.S.A

NILES – Fullers took an 11-5 win over Tylers in Niles-Brandywine Girls Softball action this week.
Brook Smith of Tylers had a double and a home run and Michelle Crouch of Fullers and Juciana Nelez of Tylers each had a base hit.
Carbons vs. Schraders
Schraders picked up an 11-1 win over Carbons.
Brittany Schnot and Chelsey Bennett each had base hits for Schraders, while Megan McKell and Kylee Myer had base hits for Carbons.
Niles Precision vs. Silverbrook
Silverbrook grabbed a 20-14 win over Niles Precision to claim a victory in girls' softball action.
Ty Pond was the winning pitcher for Silverbrook.
Good hits for Niles Precision came from Alex Haimbaugh, who got three great hits into the outfield. Good hits for Silverbrook came from Abby McKeel, who had a double and triple and Tori Hunt with a single.
