SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Silver Hawks are guaranteeing 60-degree weather on Opening Day at Coveleski Stadium.
The Silver Hawks take on the Great Lakes Loons at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 5.
If the game starts with a temperature less than 60 degrees, everyone in attendance will receive a FREE reserved seat ticket voucher to any remaining April home game.
The opening series features three games against the Great Lakes Loons. Thursday, April 5 is also Thirsty Thursday, sponsored by 103.9 FM The Bear, with $2 soft drinks and draft beers. Saturday, April 7 is Countrywide Home Loans Magnet Schedule Night and the first 1,000 fans will receive a 2007 Silver Hawks magnet schedule.
The Silver Hawks Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Individual game tickets may be purchase by visiting the box office, calling the Silver Hawks office at 574-235-9988 or online at www.silverhawks.com.
