MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Elsie M. (Allinson) Cipriani, 85, of Middletown, wife of the late Julius F. Cipriani, died Jan. 31, 2007.
A memorial service was held on Feb. 11 at the Academy on the Green in Branford.
