John A. Smith, 55, of 52586 94th Ave., Decatur, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2006, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth, Ind.
His funeral will be Thursday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. at Groner Funeral Home with the Rev. David Helmuth officiating.
Visitation will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at Groner's. Cremation will follow the service.
