The Dowagiac junior varsity tennis team dropped a 8-3 decision to host Comstock on Tuesday.
In singles matches, Marquira Smith lost 2-8, while Alex Schuster lost 0-8. At No. 3 and No. 4 singles, Macy Howard lost 1-8 and Alyssa Greenwood lost 2-8.
In doubles matches, Brianne Emmons and Robin Saylor lost 2-8, while Chelsea Allison and Karissa Bannow were defeated 2-8.
Tori Gaideski and Marissa Tidey dropped a 2-8 decision.
In extra matches, Gaideski and Emmons won 8-5, Schuster and Greenwood won 9-8 and Bannow and Smith won 8-4.
Allison and Greenwood were defeated 4-8.
