Dowagiac police are investigating a crash near Felpausch on Monday morning.
According to Chief Thomas Atkinson, officers responded to M-51 South near Felpausch regarding a traffic accident with injuries.
Upon arrival, it was determined that a vehicle driven by 78-year-old Doris Pellow of Dowagiac had pulled out of the parking lot, colliding with a van owned by Dowagiac Heating.
The van was driven by 49-year-old Claude Easley Jr., also from Dowagiac.
Both Pellow and Easley were transported to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac where they were treated and released for injuries which they sustained.
The Dowagiac Fire Department, Life Care Ambulance from Cassopolis and the Cass County Sheriff's Department also assisted officers and Dowagiac Ambulance Service personnel at the scene.
This incident remains under investigation by the Dowagiac Police Department.
