Kay P. Hardy, 60, of Indianapolis, died on Friday, June 16, at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, Ind.
Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, June 19, at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, 1307 N. Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, Ind.
Visitation will be on Monday, two hours prior to the services at the mortuary.
