NILES - The Brandywine varsity soccer team traveled to Bridgman Thursday evening for a Lakeland Conference game.
The Bees took the 1-0 victory. However, Bobcat head coach Jim McNamara isn't too upset about the loss.
Sarah Svoboda scored the only goal of the game unassisted in the 70th minute.
The Bobcats had 11 shots on goal, while the Bees had just five. Erin Sinkoff had four saves for Brandywine, while Bridgman's Gina Grosso had 10.
On thursday, May 11, Brandywine will meet with Niles for a non-conference game.
