NILES - Six teams will compete today in the 2005 Niles Volleyball Round Robin Tournament.
Play begins at 9 a.m. Cost of admission is $5 for the entire day.
Niles and Marcellus will play on Court 1, while Bridgman and Bronson will play on Court 2.
Buchanan and Bloomingdale will play on Court 1 following the Niles-Marcellus match, while the Lady Vikings will face Bronson on Court 2.
Marcellus and Buchanan will play on Court 1 after the Buchanan-Bloomingdale match, while on Court 2 it will be Bridgman and Bloomingdale.
Niles and Buchanan will play on Court 1 following the Marcellus-Buchanan match, while Bronson will play Bloomingdale on Court 2.
On Court 1, following the Niles-Buchanan match, it will be Bridgman and Marcellus, while on Court 2 it will be Bloomingdale and Niles.
Buchanan and Bridgman will play on Court 1 following the Bridgman-Marcellus contest. On Court 2 it will be Bronson and Marcellus.
In the final two games of round robin play it will be Bridgman and Niles on Court 1 and Bloomingdale and Marcellus on Court 2.
The teams will then be seeded for Round 2 which will see the No. 1 seed face the No. 3 seed on Court 1, while on Court 2 the No. 2 seed will take on the No. 4 seed.
Rally scoring in Round 1 will consist of two games to 25. A team must win by two points with no cap.
In Round 2 it will be a best-of-three format with rally scoring to 25 with no cap. If a third game is necessary it will be played to 15 points with no cap.
