Hazel Parks, 86, was called home Friday, July 15, 2005.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 19, at 1 p.m. at McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home with the Rev. George Helmuth officiating.
Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso, Ind.
Her family will meet with friends from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
