Crouch and Cressy &Everett merge

NILES - The merger of Crouch Realty in Niles with Cressy &Everett Real Estate brings 12 sale associates and staff to Cressy &Everett's existing 190 sales associates. Paul Crouch owner of Crouch Realty will continue with the company selling property and as sales manager.
Paul Crouch has been the broker, owner of his firm, as well as one of its multi-million dollar producers since the early 1970s. He has served numerous positions in the Southwestern Michigan Board of Realtors and has been honored by his peers as Realtor of the Year.
Paul and his wife of 30 years, Christine, are Niles' natives and the parents of three grown children. He is a United States Army veteran and has represented his community as director of the Better Business Bureau and the Niles Chamber of Commerce.
The office in Niles will be operating under the name Cressy &Everett Real Estate from its current location at 1439 Oak St., Niles.
The merger further expands Cressy &Everett's market coverage in Southwestern Michigan which includes offices in Niles, Edwardsburg, Three Rivers, Dowagiac and Sister Lakes. The company also has offices in South Bend, Mishawaka and Elkhart in Indiana.
