Arrests made in break-in

CASSOPOLIS - Cass County Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood reports his office investigated the breaking and entering of the Union Market grocery store in Union on Sunday, June 12.
Deputies responded to an alarm at Union Market and found the business had been broken into and items removed from the store.
Upon investigation of the B&E, deputies were able to locate two suspects after responding to an unrelated incident that occurred a few hours after the break-in of Union Market.
Deputies arrested two suspects in connection with the incident.
Deputies also recovered stolen property located at the suspects' home.
The incident remains under investigation.
