NILES - For those residents in Niles who are looking for something different to maintain the health of their lives, there is a new shop open that can help them do just that.
Body Elements is located at 20 N. Second Street, Suite 205, just behind the Secretary of State office.
Many members of the Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce and Niles city officials welcomed the new business Thursday morning.
Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the board Doug Law said, "The chamber is here to help you in anyway we can. We hope that you have a very successful business."
Karpinski, who lives in Buchanan, has been in the business of helping people with their alternative health needs for the past 10 years.
Karpinski choose to open her business in Niles because it's a larger community than Buchanan. She believes it really has more to offer and it's a positive place.
Karpinski added that she likes owning her own business because it give her some flexibility in her life and she doesn't have to hold back on things.
When Karpinski isn't working she enjoys spending time traveling and being with her husband Josh and their dog.
