Bobcats, Coloma after league title

NILES - The Brandywine Bobcats have a score to settle on Saturday with the Coloma Comets.
The Lady Bobcats will be looking for a share of the Lakeland Conference title as the league gathers in Berrien Springs for the conference volleyball tournament.
Coloma handed the Lady Bobcats their lone conference loss last week, so Brandywine is bent on revenge.
In order to share the league title, Brandywine must win the conference tournament.
Pool play is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m.
The teams were ranked according to finish during the regular season.
Pool A will consist of Coloma, Buchanan, Edwardsburg and Cassopolis. Pool B will consist of Brandywine, Berrien Springs, River Valley and Bridgman.
Coloma, the No. 1 team will open up pool play on Court A at 8 a.m. against No. 8 Cassopolis. On Court B, Brandywine will open tournament play at the same time against Bridgman.
At 8:45 a.m. on Court A, Buchanan will take on Edwardsburg, while on Court B, River Valley will take on Berrien Springs.
Here is the rest of the match ups for Court A:
9:30: Coloma vs. Edwardsburg
10:15: Buchanan vs. Cassopolis
11:00: Coloma vs. Buchanan
11:45: Edwardsburg vs. Cassopolis
Here is the rest of the match ups for Court B:
9:30: Brandywine vs. River Valley
10:15: Berrien Springs vs. Bridgman
11:00: Brandywine vs. Berrien Springs
11:45: River Valley vs. Bridgman
Pool play matches will consist of two game of rally scoring to 25 points with a cap at 25.
The top two finishers in each pool advance to the championship bracket, while third and fourth place teams drop down into the consolation bracket.
Play in the championship and consolation rounds is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:15 p.m.
The top finisher from Pool A will take on the runner-up from Pool B on one court, while the winner of Pool B will face the runner-up from Pool A immediately following that match.
The third place team from Pool A will face the fourth place team from Pool B on the other court. That match will immediately be followed by the third place team from Pool B taking on the fourth place team from Pool A.
The following round will pit the championship round losers against each other for third and fourth place. The next round at the consolation net will be between the losers of the first two matches for seventh and eighth place.
The final rounds will have the winners of the consolation first round matches playing for fifth and sixth place. The winner of the first matches at the championship net will follow for the conference title.

Berrien Springs will also host a junior varsity tournament on Friday evening.
In first round matches, Bridgman will face Brandywine and Coloma will face Berrien Springs at 4:30 p.m.; while Edwardsburg will face Cassopolis and Buchanan will face River Valley at 5:15 p.m.
The winners from the first round matches will face off at 6:45 p.m. with the championship match scheduled for 8:15.
The losers from the first round matches will play at 6 p.m. with the winners advancing to the fifth and sixth place match at 7:30 p.m.
The losers of the consolation round will play at 7:30 for seventh and eighth place.
