BANGOR - The Buchanan varsity wrestling team placed second out of 13 teams Saturday at the Bangor Invitational.
Todd Taylor placed first in the 103-pound weight class. Travis Reith placed first in the 125-pound weight class and David Medlin placed first in the 140-pound weight class.
Nick Wheetley placed second in the 119-pound weight class and Ryan Carrigan placed second at 275. Placing third for the Bucks was Jim Connors at 189. Jon Beechler placed fourth in the 112-pound weight class and Dan Toth placed fourth at 145.
Buchanan is now 14-1 overall, 4-0 in the conference. The Bucks will be hosting a Super Duel this Saturday.
