On the ballot for Brandywine Public Schools, there are four candidates running for two open four-year terms. They are current board secretary Michael Shelton, current trustee Cynthia Benson, Josef Martinu and Elsa Hemphill.
There are also two candidates running for one partial two-year term. They are current board trustee Rick Zache and Sandra West.
There are three candidates running for two open four-year terms on the Niles Community Schools ballot. They are current school board president Mary Crayton, current vice president Michael Dreher and Dan Gillis.

By 9:30 a.m.today, 20 voters had cast ballots at Niles High School and about 41 voters had exercised their right to vote at Westside School Administration Center.
