Edwardsburg qualifies for state playoffs; Rangers one win away

The Edwardsburg Eddies clinched their second straight post season bid Friday night with a 41-0 win over visiting Bridgman.
The Cassopolis Rangers moved to within a victory of qualifying for the post season with a 39-6 win over host River Valley.
Edwardsburg (6-2) scored early and often against the Bees.
Derek Tighe scored four times for the Eddies, including a 74-yard run.
Anthony Peak scored on a five-yard pass from brother Nathan Peak, while Derek Eden capped the scoring with an 11-yard run.
Cassopolis ran wild on the host Mustangs as E.J. Harris scored three times for the Rangers on runs of 14, 11 and 26-yards.
Also scoring for Cass were Ashton Danzy (54-yard run) and Mike Glenn on a 17-yard run.
