The Howard Township 9-year-old All-Stars lost to Benton Harbor 8-1 Wednesday night in the winner's bracket championship of the Eaton Park Invitational.
The Howard All-Stars struggled at the plate in the loss. Jared Langmeyer went 2-for-2 at the plate while Matthew McLaughlin was 2-for-3. Taylor Campbell, Cody Beers, Zack Fillwock and Luke Fifer each had hits.
The Howard 9-year-old All-Stars will play again tonight at Eaton Park at 5:30.
