The Southwest Michigan Storm 17-year-old AAU girls basketball team earned a No. 2 seed in the Michigan AAU State Finals to be held in Grand Rapids on March 28-30. The team went undefeated in the Michigan AAU West Regional tournament on March 21-23.
The Storm 17U team plays the Michigan Mystics 17U team on Friday, March 28, at Forest Hills Northern High School. The team is coached by Lary Bailey of Parchment.
Edwardsburg's Tara Fletcher is a member of the Storm.
