Margaret E. “Peg” Vosburgh, 89, of Niles, passed away on Feb. 21, 2013, at West Woods of Niles of natural causes.
She was born on Sept. 22, 1923, in Elkton, Minn., to Louis and Effie (French) Eckhart.
She was a member of the Unity Church of Peace in South Bend and a homemaker.
On Sept. 5, 1943, in South Bend, she married Ralph Vosburgh Sr. He has preceded her in death along with one brother, William Eckhart; and two sisters, Roberta Davis and Ona Sigrist.
Surviving family include her two sons, Ralph Vosburgh Jr. and Bruce (and Lorrie) Vosburgh, both of Niles; one grandson, Scott; one brother, Charles Apelgreen, of Lakeville, Ind.; and three sisters, Kaye Scheiman, Dessa Frisbie, both of South Bend, Ind.; and Essie Shipley, of Milton-Freewater, Ore.
No services will be held. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice at Home Inc. in Buchanan.
