Robert John Hutton, 61, of Jones, died Jan. 23, 2013, in his residence. He was born Dec. 16, 1951, in Three Rivers to Robert and Nellie (Ketter) Hutton.

His parents preceded him in death. He was also preceded by one sister, Sara Hutton.

Robert spent most of his life living on the family farm.

He attended Kalamazoo College and Western Michigan University, where he pursued his love of history.

Robert will greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by: two sisters, Norma Craig of Miami, Fla., and Joanna Atkinson of La Paz, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather at the graveside at 10 a.m., Monday, Feb. 11, in Constantine Cemetery, Constantine, where Mr. Hutton’s remains will be laid to rest beside those of his family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner Family Funerals, Cassopolis.
