Inga Jorgenson, 85

Died: Feb. 4, 2013

Inga’s life began on June 14, 1927, in Bornholm, Denmark, the daughter of Peter and Eva (Marcusen) Kofoed.

She was united in marriage to Svend Jorgenson on June 14, 1948, in Denmark.

Inga was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and invested her life into the lives of husband, her children and grandchildren.

Her loving family includes: her husband, Svend of Dowagiac; children, Eva (Jeff) Eagan of Stevensville, Anne (Brian) Savinsky of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, James Jorgenson of Niles and Susan (David) Fenwick of Hamilton; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Ryan) Eull, Elise Bjelica, Caleb Jorgenson, Abigail Eagan, Emily Bjelica, Hannah Jorgenson, Jacob Eagan, Emma Fenwick, Lauren Fenwick, Sophie Fenwick, Finley Eull and Gracie Wiemuth.

Inga passed away on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at The Timbers of Cass County.

She is preceded in death by siblings Henri Kofoed, Elisabeth Nielsen and Bjorn Kofoed.

Her family will gather for a memorial service celebrating her life on Friday at 1 p.m. at Yazel and Clark Chapel.

She will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery.
