Dowagiac volleyball swept by Lakers
Published 9:39pm Thursday, October 18, 2012ST. JOSEPH — The Dowagiac volleyball team was defeated by host Lake Michigan Catholic 3-0 Thursday.
The Chieftains fell to the Lakers 25-12, 25-13 and 25-18.
Brittany Williams had four kills for Dowagiac.
The Dowagiac JV volleyball team defeated Michigan Lutheran 25-21, 16-25 and 15-9 Monday.
Carrie Raab had 13 digs for the Chieftains, who also got three serves, two blocks and six spikes from Heather Olson. Leah Hodder had two serves, four spikes and five digs. Mary Magin added nine serves, three spikes and four digs.
