Joanne (Makay) Hiemstra, 67, passed away peacefully at her home Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012.
She is survivied by sisters, a brother, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lottie Makay.
Memorials may be made in her name to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
