Students of the Week: Tori Cockrun and Justine Sater
Published 10:41pm Monday, June 11, 2012Tori Cockrun, 10th grade
Tori Cockrun is a very pleasant student. She uses her time wisely when she is in the media center. She is often looking out for other students. Over the past two years, Tori has strived to better herself through her academics. I am sure she will continue to do well in high school.

Justine Sater, 9th grade
Justine is a hard worker. She puts a lot of effort into her class work and is a gifted and accomplished student athlete. As a freshman, this year she played JV basketball, JV volleyball, and is currently a varsity softball player. She has the foresight to set lofty goals and the tenacity to turn those goals into reality. I can always count on her to have a smile and a good attitude in class, even when she’s given a tough assignment.
Justine is real. She’s the kind of person that is easy to respect and appreciate. Justine doesn’t just talk about doing things; she goes out and makes things happen. When she has difficulty with an assignment or a concept, she’s not afraid to ask for assistance and is willing to come in after school to make sure that she remains successful in her studies. Justine is someone the school and community can be proud of.
