‘Smash-n-grab’ suspects sought
Published 1:37pm Thursday, May 24, 2012Ontwa Township-Edwardsburg Police Department Chief Kenneth Wray reports that at 2:45 a.m. Friday, two white suspects, wearing masks and dark clothes, broke into the Marathon Gas Station located at M-62 and U.S. Highway 12.
The suspects broke out the front glass window to make entry. They left westbound on U.S. 12.
The suspect vehicle is described as a mid to late ‘80s Dodge Dakota with unknown license plates. The vehicle is silver or gray in color with paint peeling from the roof.
The Edwardsburg Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in catching these suspects.
