Check ’n Go robbed
Published 7:51pm Wednesday, April 25, 2012Berrien County Sheriff’s Office and Michigan State Police are searching for two black men who robbed Check ’n Go at 1991 South 11th St. in Niles Township at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday.
No injuries were reported. No arrests had been made.
The two suspects in the armed robbery entered the check-cashing business, demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount in a light-colored, four-door mid-size sedan last seen southbound on South 13th Street.
The state police canine unit assisted sheriff’s investigators.
Suspect one was described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-3, wearing a black hoody and black or dark blue jeans.
Suspect two was a black male, 5-foot-7, skinny and wearing a multi-color jacket and jeans.

The robbers must have thought the name of the store was Cash-n-Run.
