Ollie Whitmire, 90, formerly of Niles, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012, in the Waterman Hospital in Eustis Florida of natural causes.
Ollie was born Dec. 8,1921, in Ravenden, Ark. She married William Whitmire on June 23, 1940.
Ollie is survived by her husband, William; three sons, William Whitmire Jr. of Palm Harbor, Fla., James Whitmire of Umatilla, Fla., Danny Whitmire of Umatilla, Fla.; and one daughter, Mary Hanlin of Three Rivers.
Ollie is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Whitmire.
Ollie was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, gardening and attending her local Church of Christ.
Services will be held Thursday, April 19, at 5 p.m. in the Orange Avenue Church of Christ in Eustis, Fla.
Burial services are pending at the Mission Hills Cemetery in Niles.
