Waldschmidt scores six goals in Rangers’ win

The Rangers’ Jessica Waldschmidt scored six goals as Cassopolis blanked River Valley 9-0 Thursday night.

The match was stopped at halftime by the mercy rule.

Also scoring for the Rangers were Janye Butts and Meagan Ruff (2).

Molly Moroz recorded the shutout.

Cassopolis (2-1) outshot River Valley 24-1.
