Frank Mitchell will celebrate his eighth birthday Feb. 16.

He is the son of Karen Gearhart and Frank Mitchell.

Grandparents are Don and Debbie Verhostra; Mike and Kathy Gearhart; and Sandy Hayden.

Siblings are Isaiah and Avery.

Frank’s birthday theme will be “Ben Ten Alien Force.”
