Police officers honored for saving person
Published 11:27pm Thursday, August 19, 2010Patrolman Thorn Lewis of the Cassopolis Police Department; Deputy Jason Pompey and Deputy Tim Gondeck of the Cass County Sheriff’s Department; and Karee Kruse of the Department of Human Services were honored at the Aug. 9 Cassopolis Village Council meeting.
- Thorn Lewis, Jason Pompey, Tim Gondeck and Karee Kruse were honored.
They helped save an unidentified person’s life on July 15 at the Department of Human Services on M-62 North in Cassopolis. The man was code blue when they revived him.
