Xzavier Byzzle Daron McFarland / March 20, 1986-Nov. 16, 2009
Published 9:19am Wednesday, November 18, 2009Xzavier Byzzle Daron McFarland, 23, of Dowagiac, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo, after an extended illness.
He was born March 20, 1986, in Dowagiac and was a lifetime area resident.
Xzavier is survived by: his mother, Cheryl M. Frazier of Dowagiac; his father, Glenn D. McFarland of Benton Harbor; a sister, LaQuita Smith of Kalamazoo; and a brother, Donta Coleman of South Bend, Ind.
He formerly worked as a machine operator in plastic molding manufacturing and also with McDonald’s restaurant.
He was a member of the Church of Cassopolis and a graduate of Dowagiac Union High School.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, Nov. 21, at noon in the Church of Cassopolis.
Officiating will be his pastor, the Rev. Christopher Pittman.
Cremation will follow the service.
His family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time.
Connelly Funeral Home, Cassopolis, is handling arrangements.

Xzavier you where always a shining lite in everyone’s life, My sweet Zav I know that you are in Jesus arms with no more sickness, but with you going to heaven it has left a hole in our heart’s. Rest my sweet Zav . Cheryl there are no words of comfort to be said just know that you are Loved and that we are here for you.
I haven’t seen him since HS but all the best to the family, and I am very sorry for your loss. Xzavier was an awesome person.

Cheryl ,So sorry to hear about Xzavier he was always very repectful to me And a great young man.. U and I grew up together and our boys did to as well .. Ron and Justin are beside themselfs about Xzavier.. they send there respects to u and your family …. He will be missed .. your friend Dee
