Cavriel Mendoza Chavez / Aug. 6, 2009-Sept. 14, 2009
Published 8:32am Wednesday, September 16, 2009Cavriel’s life began on Aug. 6, 2009, in Kalamazoo, the son of Apolonio Mendoza and Angela Chavez.
He brought the family great joy for the short time he was here.
Cavriel is survived by: his parents of Sawyer; sisters, Isabella Mendoza, Marinna Mendoza and Marcella Mendoza, all of Mexico; his maternal grandparents, Aljandra Santiago and Pedro Chavez; and paternal grandmother, Alvina Serrante.
Cavriel passed away on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at home.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Rafael Mendoza.
Graveside services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic (Silver Creek) Cemetery, Sister Lakes, led by Father Irving Amaro.
McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home is serving the family.
