BERRIEN SPRINGS – Lakeland Conference power Berrien Springs was too much for visiting Dowagiac Tuesday afternoon in non-conference tennis.

The Shamrocks defeated the Chieftains 8-0.

Berrien Springs dropped just two games in doubles competition and received a forfeit from Dowagiac at the No. 4 flight.

In singles play, the Shamrocks were nearly as tough, losing just eight games.
