Dowagiac football game changed, moved
Published 3:00pm Wednesday, September 2, 2009THREE RIVERS -The varsity football game between Dowagiac and Three Rivers will not be played Thursday night as originally scheduled.
Due to a safety issue with the lights at Armstrong Field, which cannot be fixed before Thursday’s game, the Chieftains and Wildcats will now play on Friday night in Vicksburg.
Kickoff will remain at 7 p.m.
Dowagiac athletic director Greg Younger made the announcement Wednesday afternoon after receiving word from Three Rivers.
