CASSOPOLIS – The annual Cass County Council on Aging Senior Health Fair Sept. 11 from 8 a.m. to noon is a one-stop event designed to help seniors and those who care for them understand and achieve healthy living. This year’s Health Fair will again bring local medical providers to answer questions and provide services for seniors – all under one roof.

Podiatrist Dr. William Fox of Niles Foot Clinic will provide free foot screenings; Dr. John Hayman will check for oral cancer; and Dr. Michel Listenberger will provide basic vision screenings.

Tests are open to anyone over 50.

Some offerings require appointments.

Tests and screenings available include osteoporosis screening, PSA tests for men and hearing screenings. Local health-related organizations and businesses will have information about products and services available in the area.

A free brunch will be provided. COA staff and volunteers will be available to answer questions about the wide variety of COA programs and services. Admission is free of charge.
